The Mailbox Saga

its been a fun "journey" getting mail here in Hanover. There was no mailbox here when we moved in. I think we are figuring out why. To make a long story short, I am now on my 3rd mailbox. I have half of the original post left and have "fitted" a new post into the old post. Either the snowplow keeps hitting it, or I have made someone very unhappy!!

I tried pounding a new stake for a post, into the ground last Saturday. Problem is the ground is too frozen!

So I ended up riggin this post. Hopefully it will make it through the next snow storm which is hitting tomorrow!!

We are paying our dues....
